when visiting Ankara, we always stay at Sheraton. the location is incredible to reach out to many popular places in the city. This stay was a little bit different for us since our baby has severe food allergies (wheat, egg etc.) when I was booking the hotel I had many questions around how they can help us navigating in this situation where I need special food to feed my baby. When booking Mr Kerem helped us a lot to understand their food allergy policies and in the mornings, we asked Chef Miss Gulay to get special baby food (mashed avocado etc) she was so much helpful, additionally Miss safiye or saniye nur (hope I am remembering her name correctly) helped us to find a safe place in the restaurant to sit with a baby has severe food allergies. We have been always happy with the hotel and the staff but this time they helped a lot!

Firstly, they upgrade my room without any charges and before my arrival. Afterwards, I would like to upgrade my room to the suite and the beloved manager Murat Bey helped us in anyways besides he ceased a cheese plate, fruite plate and a bottle of wine as well! I especially would like to thank Murat Bey's accompany during our stay as well as Mehtap Hanim's assistance according to our special needs and orders. In this respect I would like to give my huge thanks to all Sheraton, Ankara crew. It was my third stay over there and they always add-on new things for their guests. Much appreciated, thank you very much!

Especially the executive lounge was tidy, quiet and comfortable. Lobby bar is also efficient and comfortable. Lobby bar has a wide variaty of beverages and food. Both the executive lounge (Mss Ozlem) and lobby bar personnel is extremely polite and efficient. I had no issues whatsoever, all the workers helped me whatever I needed at that point. The location is one of the best in the city, absolutely perfect.

My stay at the Sheraton Ankara was a delightful experience. Its prime location stands out, making it convenient for city exploration. The staff exudes warmth and friendliness, and I was pleasantly surprised with complimentary parking. The breakfast spread was appetizing, and the bathroom facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
